Exciting news from the iOgrapher community – today we announced a new Kickstarter Campaign to fund the newest addition to the iOgrapher family of filmmaking rigs – the iOgrapher Go!
It’s been two years since our first Kickstarter that helped us launch the first iOgrapher for the iPad Mini. Those were exciting (and stressful) days, but little did we know that this one concept would explode into an entire iOS filmmaking movement! Fast forward to today – we have iOgraphers for the iPad Mini, the iPad 2/3/4, iPad Air 1/2, the iPhone 5s, the iPhone 6s+ (and in a couple of weeks, the iPhone 6s).
We also signed a deal with Best Buy over the summer that has placed iOgraphers in over 1000 Best Buy stores around the country and on BestBuy.com.
The feedback and support from our growing iOgrapher community has been tremendous. And inspiring. So much so that my partner (and iOgrapher inventor) Dave was inspired to create something new.
You already know that Dave loves his iPhone and iPads. But he also loves something else – his GoPro!
“Anyone who has tried shooting steady, hand-held footage with a GoPro knows it’s no easy feat. The footage is shaky, the audio is poor and you have no control over the lighting. While I love shooting video with my iOgraphers for iPhone and iPad, I also love my GoPro. So I was inspired to create iOgrapher Go to make the action cam experience that much better.”
Dave continued, “We have an amazing community of iOgraphers out there who share their feedback with us on a daily basis. When I unveiled my plans for an iOgrapher for GoPros, the response was overwhelming. We are so humbled by the support we’ve received from our customers and loyal followers. They have helped us get to where we are today, and with this Kickstarter campaign, we’re reaching out one more time for the community’s support to help us make the iOgrapher Go a reality in time for the 2015 Holiday Season.”
